Pipeline detector composition:
1. Transmitter: Apply a signal current of a special frequency to the pipeline under test. Generally, three excitation modes are used: direct connection method, induction method and clamp method.
2. Receiver: The receiver has a built-in induction coil that receives the magnetic field signal of the pipeline. The coil generates an induced current to calculate the direction and path of the pipeline. There are generally three receiving modes: peak mode (maximum value), valley mode (minimum value), and wide peak mode; in addition, more advanced instruments generally have a peak arrow mode (combining the advantages of both peak and valley values to make the operation more intuitive) and a compass guide (used to indicate the direction of the pipeline).
There are also some other accessories to complement the two major components.
Pipeline detector features
1. The graphic display can continuously and real-time display various parameters and signal strength during the detection process.
2. When measuring depth, it will automatically switch to the dual-horizontal antenna mode and automatically adjust the receiver sensitivity to optimize the measurement signal. After the depth measurement is completed, it will automatically return to the working mode before the depth measurement.
3. Three measurement modes: single horizontal antenna, double horizontal antenna and vertical antenna, mutually verify the accuracy of pipeline measurement.
4. It has multiple depth measurement methods: dual coil direct reading method, 70% method; single coil 80% method, 50% method and 45 degree angle method.
5. High sensitivity, strong anti-interference and precise positioning.
6. Multimeter function: Test the continuity and insulation quality of the cable before and after cable fault finding.
