Working principle of formaldehyde detector
The formaldehyde detection instrument adopts the principle of high-sensitivity electrochemical sensor, combined with single-chip technology and network communication technology to collect air samples from the detection site. The formaldehyde in the air is absorbed by the phenol reagent solution and reacts to form azine, which is oxidized by the color developer high iron ion in the acid solution to form a blue-green compound. According to the color depth, the colorimetric determination is directly carried out on site.
Since the detection values of indoor pollution are closely related to the temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc. of the detection environment, under normal testing, the detected values will often deviate from the expected ones.
The machine in the picture on the right is a five-in-one detector, which can quickly detect indoor formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, toluene, xylene, TVOC and other pollutants. It can display the date, detection time, temperature and humidity data of the detection site. The left side is a Chinese display LCD screen, the right side is a sampling timing operation, and the middle is a thermal printer. It can quickly sample and analyze in real time on site, and can print the detection date, time, temperature, humidity and implementation standards, formaldehyde content and whether it is qualified into a report. Formaldehyde detection adopts the national standard phenol reagent spectrophotometry method and uses imported photoelectric sensors. It has high detection accuracy and low detection limit, which solves the shortcomings of the electrochemical formaldehyde detector sensor zero point drift and easy interference from other chemical gases during sampling.
