What is the structure and characteristics of the alarm infrared detector?

        Infrared combustible gas detectors are non-interference intelligent products with good safety performance and flexible and easy operation. One of the main features of this detector is its automatic calibration function, which can guide the operator step by step to calibrate the alarm infrared detector structure and characteristics through the prompts on the backlit LCD screen. What is the structure and characteristics of the alarm infrared detector?

        Infrared gas detectors provide three different output modes: analog signal 4~20mA DC; RS-485 communication interface and 3 relays (two alarms, one fault self-test). The alarm can be debugged and programmed on site. These different output modes provide maximum flexibility for system establishment.

       The series only provides 4~20MA DC output. The control circuit is based on a microprocessor chip, packaged into a plug-in module and connected to a standard connection template. The sensor and signal generator are installed in an explosion-proof housing with a glass cover.

       The digital display with backlight can display both sensor readings and menu functions during programming. All infrared gas detectors belong to the electrical classification: Class I; Groups B, C, D; Division 1. This product series continues the concept of "easy to install and easy to maintain" embodied in the design of gas sensors.

       An infrared detector has at least one object that is sensitive to infrared radiation, called a response element, also called an electric infrared sensor, and a medium that allows infrared to pass through and distinguish regions, also called a Fresnel lens.

       In addition, it also includes a bracket and a sealed housing for the response element. Occasionally, it also includes cooling components, optical components and electronic components.

       In the structure and characteristics of the alarm infrared detector, the thermoelectric element detects the presence or movement of the human body and converts the output signal of the thermoelectric element into a voltage signal. Then, the voltage signal is subjected to waveform analysis. Only when the waveform generated by the human body is detected through waveform analysis, the detection signal is output.

        The infrared detector includes an infrared transmitter, a receiver, and a signal processor. The signal output end of the signal processor is connected to the infrared transmitter through an infrared transmitting circuit; the signal input end is connected to the infrared receiver through an infrared receiving circuit, and the feedback signal output end is connected to the peripheral control circuit. A

       micro-chip microcomputer is used as a signal processor to generate a coded signal, drive the infrared transmitter to send out an infrared signal with a coded signal, and detect the reflected signal processed by the amplification circuit in real time. The coded signal can ensure that multiple sensors of the same model work at the same time and place without interfering with each other. And the working frequency is consistent, the reliability is high, and the power consumption is low.

       Infrared detector/alarm features:

       (1) Converting the current from the thermoelectric element into a voltage signal;

       (2) A first amplifier that amplifies the voltage signal received from the current-to-voltage converter by having a first bandpass filter characteristic with a transmission band core at a first frequency;

       (3) A second amplifier that amplifies the voltage signal received from the current-to-voltage converter by having a second bandpass filter characteristic with a transmission band core at a second frequency higher than the first frequency
