Oswald gas analyzer operation method

1. Washing and adjustment:

Wash all glass parts of the instrument, apply vaseline to the ground piston, and inject absorbent into each aspirator bulb.　　

2. Air washing　　

The purpose is to flush the original air in the instrument with the gas sample.　　

3. Sampling　　

If the liquid level keeps rising, it indicates that there is a leak. Check all the joints and the ground piston, and resample after plugging the leak. If the liquid level stops at a certain position after rising slightly and no longer rises, it proves that there is no leak and you can start the measurement.　　

4. Determination　　

The content of CO2 and O2 can be calculated as follows: CO2 or O2 (%) = × 100 　　

Since the volume of the gas cylinder is 100ml, the difference between the gas cylinder readings before and after the measurement is the percentage content of the measured gas, and there is no need for calculation.
