The system uses National Instruments' software platform Labview7.1 and hardware platform to achieve real-time acquisition, analysis and processing of voltage signals at various points on the mobile phone circuit board, as well as real-time recording and statistics of the measured data, so as to quickly and accurately determine whether the circuit board is qualified.

Test Principle

Put the two panels after production into the card slot of the mobile phone circuit board test chassis. When the 5V trigger signal is detected, the system starts to detect the panel. Each panel has four points of voltage to be measured, and the voltage value is converted into lumen value. If one of the four values ​​of each panel is not within the normal working range, the panel is unqualified; otherwise, the panel is qualified. The system consists of two parts: hardware and software. The system block diagram is shown in the figure. The hardware is a PCI-6220M series multi-function acquisition card provided by NI. The software is written on the Labview7.1 platform to complete the three parts of signal acquisition, data processing and analysis, result recording and statistics.
