1. The hydraulic universal testing machine stalls or does not move.

① After the photoelectric switch at the tail of the motor runs for a long time, the receiving part on one side is worn.

Solution: Replace the photoelectric switch

Solution: Reset the software parameters

After the testing machine has been used for a few years, the zero point of the force value will generally fluctuate up and down.

① The oil circuit is blocked (generally, zero point fluctuation occurs when it is stationary).

Solution: Re-replace the oil and clean the oil circuit.

② The voltage used by the machine is unstable.

Solution: Use a voltage stabilizer to adjust the voltage

Solution:

a. Re-replace the sensor.
b. Reset the testing machine.

3. Errors in the measurement results of the testing machine

. ① The main machine part is not installed horizontally, which will cause friction between the working piston and the working cylinder wall, thereby generating errors. Generally, it is manifested as a positive difference, and as the load increases, the error generated gradually becomes smaller.

② The dynamometer part is not installed horizontally, which will cause friction between the swing shaft bearings, which generally manifests as a negative difference. The above two errors have a greater impact on small load measurements and a smaller impact on large load measurements.

Solution:

a. First check whether the test machine is installed horizontally. Use a frame level to level the main machine in two directions perpendicular to the outer ring of the working cylinder (or column).

b. Adjust the front and rear level of the dynamometer on the front of the swing rod, align the edge of the swing rod with the inner scale, and use a level to adjust the left and right level of the machine body against the side of the swing rod. (end)
