The ZR-LZ series metal tube float flowmeter has local display type and intelligent remote transmission type, with pointer display, instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, LCD display, upper and lower limit alarm output, cumulative pulse output, standard two-wire 4-20mA current output and other forms, providing users with a very wide range of choices. In addition, the instrument adopts a high-quality MCU microprocessor system to ensure the excellent performance of the flowmeter in various applications. The
following points will cause the pointer of the metal tube float flowmeter to shake when in use.
1. Slight pointer jitter of the metal tube float flowmeter: generally caused by medium fluctuations, which can be overcome by increasing damping.
2. Moderate pointer jitter: generally caused by the flow state of the medium. For gas, it is generally caused by unstable medium operating pressure. A voltage stabilizer or flow stabilizer can be used to overcome or increase the gas damping of the float flowmeter.
3. Severe pointer jitter: mainly due to medium pulsation, unstable air pressure or the pressure, temperature, and flow of the gas operating state given by the user do not match the actual state of the metal tube float flowmeter. There is a large difference causing the float flowmeter to over-range. (end)
