The SCX05DN pressure sensor is a typical integrated circuit piezoresistive pressure sensor with temperature compensation in the SCX series of sensors. It has the characteristics of a wide operating temperature range of 0-70°C and a very small zero pressure output voltage of 0.3 mV. This paper introduces the internal structure, basic principles and application circuit examples of the SCX05DN pressure sensor.
