ContextVision, a medical technology software company focused on image analysis and artificial intelligence, announced today the release of its seventh-generation 2D ultrasound image enhancement software, RiventTM.
Rivent advances image enhancement capabilities for ultrasound applications and takes processing capabilities to a new level with powerful processing technology that maintains a natural image appearance without introducing artifacts. With ContextVision's industry-leading expertise, Rivent provides effective noise reduction, clear tissue differentiation, and better and more reliable black areas, delivering unprecedented image quality.
In order to meet the ever-changing needs and preferences of users, Rivent offers great flexibility, customization possibilities and adaptability in the development of ultrasound systems for different application areas. Image quality can be automatically optimized in the near field, far field and for resolution changes (such as line density).
“With Rivent, we can now offer more powerful processing capabilities than ever before, such as sharp boundaries and efficient noise reduction for smooth, uniform tissue imaging and enhanced contrast resolution,” said Ann-Sofi Hoff, Continuous Imaging Product Line Manager. “We are excited to bring this product to market to help our ultrasound customers achieve the highest image quality and further enhance patient care.”
"We are proud to remain at the forefront of innovation in medical imaging," said Ola Lindblad, Vice President of Medical Imaging at Continuous Imaging. "The development of Rivent is a direct response to the medical community's growing demand for advancements in ultrasound, and we look forward to working together to improve patient care through superior image quality."
