The ST4SIM-300 is STMicroelectronics’ first eSIM based on the GSMA eSIM IoT specification (SGP.32). It features remote SIM configuration and a simplified ecosystem, making it ideal for small devices without a user interface.
STDES-3kWTLP is a digital 5G communication power supply reference solution based on the third-generation silicon carbide MOSFET and STM32G4. The solution adopts totem pole PFC and full-bridge LLC, so that the overall efficiency can reach 96.5% at 230Vac input, and the power density can reach 40W/inch3.
The fourth-generation ST FlightSense™ ToF sensor VL53L8MA enables a fast, accurate, and easy-to-integrate AQI air quality detection solution.
