job's duty
● Collaborate with the business team to provide technical support to customers and promote project Design IN and Design WIN.
● Gain in-depth understanding of customer applications and provide them with professional technical support and solutions.
● Understand customer and market technology trends, product requirements and common problems, collect and feedback to the internal team.
● Provide technical training to agents.
● Support various promotion activities for the company's products and technologies.
job requirements
● Bachelor degree or above in microelectronics, electronics and other related majors.

More than three years of technical support or R&D experience preferred.

Must have the ability to learn quickly.

Able to communicate, read and write in English fluently.

Have good communication skills.
