Infineon Technologies invites you to join the game: Light electric vehicles and power tools are just the right time
Latest update time:2020-06-28
Reads:
To enable designers and manufacturers to meet the challenges of battery design for light electric vehicles and power tools, Infineon Technologies has launched products using the DirectFET™ packaging method. DirectFET™ has the industry's lowest RDS(on) and the smallest thermal resistance coefficient at the same voltage. This packaging method has a unique and simple structure, and has made breakthroughs in bare chip packaging resistance, parasitic packaging inductance and heat dissipation capabilities. Compared with standard discrete packages, the metal "can" structure of DirectFET™ enables double-sided cooling, thereby improving the efficiency and flexibility of the device in a given package. In addition, DirectFET™ is compatible with today's high-volume manufacturing processes.
DirectFET™ can solve the following 4 major pain points in motor drive applications. Let’s check in on the 4-stop roadmap and experience the charm of DirectFET™!
