China Electric Port enables the intelligentization of the automotive industry
At the opening of the China session of this NXP Connects Summit, Dr. Li Tingwei, Chairman of NXP Semiconductors Greater China, gave a special speech on "Building China's Ecosystem and Winning the Smart Era". China Electronics Port launched online courses at NXP Connects Technology Summit
In line with the intelligent trend of the automotive industry, CEC Port has designed a series of new energy vehicle solutions . At the NXP Connects Summit , Zhu Qiang, a senior hardware engineer at CEC Port, opened an online course to patiently explain the details of CEC Port's new energy vehicle solutions to the audience and interact with them on the spot.
Zhu Qiang first explained the 12V/48V start-stop power supply solution of China Electric Port , which is designed based on (lithium battery management chip AFE) MC33772/ MC33771 + (high-speed transformer isolation drive) MC33664 + (automotive-grade MCU) + CAN communication (TJA1051/2). It has the following features:
1. Realize lithium battery pack voltage, current, temperature, internal resistance, and SOC measurement
2. Can monitor 35 faults including disconnection, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, etc.
3. Intelligent balancing
4. Automotive lithium battery management system (BMS) that supports 45 system self-tests and other multi-functions
