It has 4K FLASH, 4K DATAFLASH, 512B RAM, high-precision 10-bit ADC, built-in bandgap voltage can save external reference voltage, built-in 22.1184M, 11.0592M oscillators, and a divisible clock for the microcontroller core. It can flexibly select the working clock according to performance needs to improve work efficiency. It has external interrupts and key interrupts, and can flexibly realize the wake-up function after the microcontroller enters the power-down mode. It has shutdown and power-down modes.
