The design of the feedback circuit of the flyback switching power supply based on UC3843 introduces the working characteristics of UC3843, designs a flyback switching power supply using UC3843, and analyzes the working process and advantages of the new feedback circuit. Compared with the traditional method, this method makes the dynamic response of the power supply faster and the debugging simpler. Finally, a detailed design method of the feedback circuit is proposed, and the simulation results prove the feasibility of the design. UC3843 is a high-performance fixed-frequency current mode controller designed for low-voltage applications and widely used in flyback switching power supplies below 100 W. At present, most switching power supplies adopt an offline structure, generally sampling from the auxiliary power supply winding loop through a resistor divider. The circuit of this feedback method is simple, but because the feedback cannot be directly sampled from the output voltage, there is no isolation, and the anti-interference ability is also poor, so there is still a 2% ripple in the output voltage. It responds slowly to large load changes and large output voltage changes. It is not suitable for occasions with high accuracy requirements or wide load change ranges [1]. In order to solve these problems, an adjustable precision shunt regulator TL431 can be used in conjunction with an optocoupler to form a feedback loop.
