All device models include two 12-bit ADCs, three general-purpose 16-bit timers and a PWM timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two I2C and SPI, three USARTs, one USB and one CAN. The STM32F103xx enhanced series operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, with a supply voltage of 2.0V to 3.6V, and a series of power-saving modes to ensure low-power application requirements. The complete STM32F103xx enhanced series includes five different packages from 36 pins to 100 pins; depending on the package, the peripheral configuration in the device is different.
