Audio files should be able to be uploaded as attachments, and you can download and listen to them if needed. This can be considered a work-around solution.

I remember some jars a few years ago that made this kind of sound.

"You have new messages, please check them" is the system voice

That's fine.

It is a good idea to upload audio files as attachments.
