Circuit board layout * The fixing holes and circuit board shape are drawn in metric dimensions according to structural requirements; * The pad of the screw fixing hole must be larger than the diameter of the screw cap and nut. Taking the M3 screw as an example, the pad diameter is 6.5mm and the drill diameter is 3.2mm. * The location of peripheral connectors should be considered as a whole to avoid cable dislocation and twisting; * Other devices should be arranged on a minimum grid of 25 mil in imperial size to facilitate wiring; * Divide the devices into multiple units according to their functions, and position the devices of each unit while displaying the network flying wires; * Move each unit to the appropriate position of the circuit board, and use the block movement and rotation functions to make most of the routing reasonable; * Analog circuits and digital circuits are arranged in slices, and the current of the digital part should not cross the analog area as much as possible; * Analog circuits are arranged according to the signal direction, and large signal lines must not cross the small signal area; * Other signal lines must not be routed under the crystal and connecting capacitors to avoid unstable oscillation frequency; * Except for single-row devices, only movement and rotation are allowed, and flipping is not allowed, otherwise the device can only be soldered on the welding surface; * Check the device package. The same model of SMD devices has different packages. For example, the width of the SO14 plastic body is 0.15 inches (3.8mm) and 5.1mm. * Check the device installation position After the device layout is initially completed, a 1:1 device diagram should be printed to check whether the edge device installation position is appropriate. 3. Wiring 3.1 Signal line width: 8~12mil; Power line: 30~100mil (Class A power lines can use rectangular pads to add bare wires to increase the amount of current passing through); 3.2 Standard British devices are routed at 25 mil spacing. 3.3 Metric pins are routed at 5 mil spacing, turning not far from the pins, and try to go to the 25 mil grid to facilitate future wire adjustment. 3.4 The spacing from the 8mil line width to the center of the via is 30mil.
