Insulation impregnation paint (varnish) YQ101B Instructions YQ101B is mainly composed of alkyd resin, hydrocarbon solvent, diluent, drying agent, leveling agent, etc., suitable for low-temperature drying and molding. The paint film has high mechanical strength and excellent electrical insulation performance, and is resistant to moisture, water, corrosion and flexure. It is widely used in transformers, small and medium-sized motor coils, circuit boards, computer parts and other electrical insulation. It is characterized by good comprehensive performance, anti-rust function and arc resistance. I. Technical requirements 1. YQ101B should meet the following requirements: No. Index name Index 1 Appearance The paint should be dissolved evenly, not milky, and free of mechanical impurities. The paint film should be smooth and flat after drying. 2 Viscosity No. 4 viscometer, 251C, seconds 20-50 (or produced according to user requirements) 3 Solid content 1052C, 2 hours, % 423 (or produced according to user requirements) 4 Drying time 802C, hours, not more than 25 Acid value mgKOH/g (paint), not more than 56 Thermal elasticity 1502C, hours, not less than 307 Oil resistance in transformer (10#) at 1052C, hours, not less than 248 Heat resistance grade B (130) 9 Water absorption%, not more than 210 Power frequency breakdown strength, kV/mm, not less than (1) normal (2) after immersion in 205C water for 24 hours 702011 Volume resistivity, Ohm•cm, not less than (1) normal (2) after immersion in 205C water for 24 hours (3) at 1302C 110141101211010 II. Test methods 1. The performance of paint shall be determined in accordance with GB1981-80 \"Test methods for electrical insulating paints with solvents\". 2. Paint film preparation conditions: After the first immersion, drip dry for 10-15 minutes and dry at 802C for 1 hour. The second inverted 180 immersion, drip dry for 10-15 minutes and dry at 802C for 3 hours. III. Acceptance, packaging, marking, storage and transportation 1. The factory test items are 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the table of Article 1. 2. Each barrel is packaged in 18 liters and 200 liters. 3. The storage period is 4 months. Expired products should be inspected according to the standards. If they are qualified, they can still be used. 4. Products should be stored in a clean, dry, well-ventilated warehouse or shed with a temperature of -20-35°C. They should not be placed near fire sources, heaters or exposed to direct sunlight. 5. Others should comply with JB-907-80 \"General Rules for Acceptance, Packaging, Marking, Storage and Transportation of Electrical Insulating Paints, Resins and Glues\".
