After analyzing the distribution mechanisms of Uniform distribution and Cauchy distribution, an algorithm of blind image restoration by simulated annealing based on Cauchy distribution random perturbation was proposed. The algorithm selects Cauchy distribution as the random perturbation to generate the state perturbation function. Computer simulation verifies that the algorithm is better than the simulated annealing blind deconvolution algorithm based on uniform distribution random perturbation in terms of robustness to initial values and restoration effect, and improves the speed of convergence to the optimal solution.
