In view of the QoS capability requirements of the adaptation layer of the heterogeneous converged communication network supporting the modern service industry, a QoS SCF interface based on Parlay APIs is designed, and the application of this interface in the modern service industry is analyzed. The given QoS SCF interface can ensure the continuity of services during network switching, provide real-time feedback on the resource usage status of the network, and support user preference settings for QoS. Simulation results show the functional implementation of the interface. When the network load is large, while ensuring normal operation, the QoS SCF can increase the service throughput by nearly 50%.
