In order to eliminate the residual stress of the explosive composite interface, the explosive composite 1Cr18Ni9Ti/Q235A samples were heat treated at different temperatures and different holding times, and the microhardness of the welding interface was measured for the samples with a composite plate thickness of  f=2mm and a filling ratio of R=1.20. After the sample was treated at 550℃ for 1h, its microhardness curve was very close to the normal temperature curve, but the microhardness curve after being treated at 650℃ and 750℃ for 1h was significantly lower than the normal temperature curve, indicating that the heat treatment was effective.
