With the development of network technology and video coding and decoding technology, it has become a trend to transmit real-time video on wireless networks. Real-time video transmission has high requirements for network bandwidth. The actual uplink rate of the current wireless wide area network CDMA 1X with the highest rate is about 40kbps. How to effectively compress video signals has become a key technology for transmitting real-time video on limited bandwidth resources. Different from general hard disk recorder monitoring systems, non-real-time video transmission, wireless LAN video transmission, image transmission in wide area networks, and wired video transmission systems, this paper adopts advanced MPEG4 compression algorithms and multi-channel transmission technology to break through the limitations of wireless network bandwidth and realize an embedded wireless video real-time monitoring system based on CDMA IX network.
