A scheme for realizing electric energy monitoring using TMS320LF2407 and FPGA is proposed, and the design and implementation methods of each module are described. In this scheme, FPGA is used to sample 16 AC signals and perform 64 harmonic analysis; DSP is used to calculate power parameters. In order to improve its versatility, parallel and serial port modules for communicating with the outside world are also designed using FPGA, and parallel and serial communication with TMS320LF2407 is realized.
