The mechanical system simulation analysis tool is organically connected with the control system design simulation software. The feed mechanical system of the XY work platform of the CNC machine tool is modeled using the ADAMS/Controls module. The input and output of ADAMS are determined through the information file or startup file in ADAMS/View or ADAMS/Solver. By defining the input and output, the closed-loop communication between ADAMS and the MATLAB control program is realized, and finally the joint simulation of the complex electromechanical system is realized.
