A bandgap reference voltage source (BGR) design with low power consumption, high power supply rejection ratio and low temperature coefficient using 0.25μm CMOS process is proposed. In the design, a common source and common gate current mirror structure is adopted. The output of the operational amplifier is used as a driver and also as a driver of its own current source, and proportional to absolute temperature (PTAT) temperature compensation is realized. Using Hspice to simulate it, under the standard 0.25μm CMOS process of SMIC, when the temperature range is -25~125℃ and the power supply voltage range is 4.5~5.5 V, the output reference voltage has a temperature characteristic of 9.3×10-6V/℃, the Vref swing is less than 0.12 mV, and the power supply voltage rejection ratio (PSRR) is more than 85 dB at low frequency. The power supply current consumed by the whole circuit is only 20μA.
