Based on the analysis and summary of the traditional typical CMOS bandgap voltage reference source circuit, a 1-ppm/°C low-voltage CMOS bandgap voltage reference source is proposed by integrating the first-level temperature compensation and current feedback technology. The differential amplifier is used as the negative feedback operational amplifier of the reference source to simplify the circuit design. The amplifier output is used as the PMOS current source bias in the circuit to improve the power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). The entire circuit is implemented using TSMC 0.35 μm CMOS process and simulated using HSPICE. The simulation results prove that the reference source has a low temperature coefficient and a high power supply rejection ratio.
