In a certain system code correlation ranging, the interrogation signal of each aircraft may become interference to other aircraft. Under limited available power, a reliable and efficient power control strategy is needed. Nash game (non-cooperative game) theory is a theory suitable for power control problems. It is a balance between signal-to-noise ratio and power utilization chosen by the aircraft. Reference [1] studied the Nash game theory strategy for this problem, obtained a nonlinear system algebraic equation, and proposed a fixed-point iterative power control algorithm. This paper studies a new power control strategy based on Newton iteration to solve this type of algebraic equation. The simulation results show that the efficiency of the Newton iteration algorithm is significantly improved.
