Based on serial communication, a data acquisition and feedback control system was developed using VB6.0. Through two serial ports, the computer can communicate with the lock-in amplifier and the manipulator control circuit at the same time. The system can collect data and call EXCEL tables to automatically record. By analyzing the collected data, the action of the mechanical finger can be adjusted in real time to achieve the effect of intelligent feedback control. The design is economical and reliable, and the system runs stably, which can meet the needs of actual project use.
