Microwave sintering is a process of sintering materials using microwave heating. The birth and development of microwave sintering technology has fundamentally changed the current state of material sintering technology, and has become a focus of research in materials and control in recent years. The control of the sintering temperature of materials will directly affect the quality and performance of new materials. However, due to the complexity of the microwave sintering mechanism of ceramic materials, it is impossible to control the sintering temperature and establish an accurate mathematical model for such a complex and difficult-to-measure system. Therefore, for such systems, it is difficult to meet the requirements using traditional PID control, and for PID control, in system design, the selection of control parameters is the core of the design, which increases the difficulty of system design and prolongs the research and development time.
