This paper conducts computer optimization control design for tubular heating furnace, adopts outlet temperature as main adjustment parameter and fuel flow rate as auxiliary adjustment parameter, and forms a cascade adjustment loop to ensure the stability of outlet temperature. In the optimization control, the conventional control is combined with the online self-optimization control of thermal efficiency to form the optimal control system of heating furnace thermal efficiency to achieve the maximum thermal efficiency of the system. The control process is mainly gas flow thermal balance control and excess air coefficient optimal control. Practical application shows that the designed system is simple, stable in control, and has strong interference suppression ability.
