A fluorescence measurement device based on dsPIC30F6014A microcontroller is designed. According to the fluorescence characteristics of different fluorescent substances, the excitation wavelength can be flexibly selected through the controllable excitation spectrometer module, the emission wavelength can be selected through the controllable emission spectrometer module, and the corresponding standard material curve can be selected to finally achieve measurement. After testing, the stability of the fluorescence measurement device designed in this system can reach 99.1%~99.7%.
