The main research is the application of six-dimensional force sensor based on Stewart platform in wind tunnel balance and its structural optimization design. Kinematic design is carried out according to the minimum condition number criterion, and structural optimization design is carried out according to the isotropy of the force transformation matrix condition number, and it is verified by numerical examples.
