In order to develop a biosensor for detecting pesticide residues, this paper studies the relationship between the inhibition of the pesticide dimethoate on plant enzymes and temperature, and the optimal reaction temperature of plant enzyme reactions, thereby extracting enzymes from flour and using spectrophotometry to study the effect of the inhibition reaction time of dimethoate and flour enzymes on enzyme activity.
