Aiming at the communication problem between various signals of large-scale engineering machinery and the remote display of instruments in the driving control room, a design scheme for wireless data communication based on RF transceiver nRF2401 is proposed. The working principle and characteristics of RF chip nRF2401 are introduced in detail, and the hardware structure, interface circuit and corresponding program flowchart of the wireless communication platform are given. After testing, the communication rate on the communication platform is high and the quality is good. The transmission distance in open space can reach 100 m.
