〔I〕Appearance size. 1. All lamps that do not meet the length, shape, and color temperature requirements of the order drawings will be returned (see the attached page for dimensions and shapes). 2. All lamps that do not meet the requirements for plastic shell installation will be returned if less than 3% of the defective products are returned. If more than 3%, the entire batch of goods will be deemed unqualified and returned in full. 〔II〕Initial light effect. (100-hour benchmark ballast test) The initial light effect meets the requirements of the \"Light Tube Photoelectric Performance Parameter Table\" 〔III〕Average life of lamps and 2000-hour light decay. When ignited under normal conditions, the average life of the lamp shall not be less than 5000 hours. The 2000-hour light decay shall not be greater than 20%. 〔IV〕Number of switches. The lamp is not started with preheating, and the filament must withstand a 5-second on and 55-second off test for not less than 3000 times. 〔V〕Color rendering index. It should meet the requirements of \"Light tube photoelectric performance parameter table\"〔VI〕Color. The color consistency of the light tube should be good, the color temperature deviation is ±200K, and the same batch or different batches of light tubes and the same light tube are not allowed to have obvious color difference (SDCM≤6 or sealed sample)〔VII〕Physical defects of light tubes.1. The width of the silk path is less than 0.3mm, one line is allowed on a visible surface, and its length does not exceed 40mm. Silk paths with a width of more than 0.3mm are not allowed. 2. The diameter of nodules, scars, and bubbles on the glass tube is less than 1.0mm, one point is allowed on the visible surface, and those larger than 1mm or forming semi-air bags are not allowed. 3. There are no obvious scratches and scars on the surface of the glass tube, and the length of the scratch shall not exceed 4mm. 4. The curved part of the spiral lamp should be smooth, and there should be no adhesion between adjacent parts of the glass tube. 5. Powder layer quality: The powder layer is uniform, without obvious snake skin, powder accumulation, uneven thickness, etc. that affect the appearance. 6. Powder layer thickness: The powder layer thickness shall not be less than 3.0mg/cm2. During visual inspection, the lamp tube can be placed in a perspective environment, and the edge of the rear glass tube shall not be visible through the double-layer tube wall. 7. Foreign matter in the powder layer (including oil stains, powder peeling, and powder scratches): A. For an area of 1.5mm×1mm or less, one point is allowed for each lamp tube. B. For an area of 1mm×1mm or less, two points are allowed for each lamp tube. C. For an area of 0.5mm×0.5mm or less, four points are allowed.
