Renesas Electronics PMSM Motor Position Control Based on RX62T MCU English Data: RX62T is based on RX CPU architecture, integrating enhanced timer unit (MTU3, GPT), 12-bit AD converter (1μs conversion time), and each AD conversion unit also integrates adjustable gain op amp and window comparator, which is suitable for various motor control and inverter applications. Recently, Renesas Electronics launched advanced motor control algorithm, whose key technologies include advanced pulse amplitude modulation technology, advanced motor drive technology, etc. Based on RX62T high-performance 32-bit CISC MCU, when using Renesas advanced motor control algorithm to realize air conditioner compressor control, the following system specifications can be achieved: applicable air conditioner cooling capacity range <8000W, low-frequency vibration maximum amplitude <300μm, compressor speed range of 1~150rps, power factor rated working condition >0.9, full load up to 100%, modulation degree <200%, current detection method is single resistor detection. It not only provides the most streamlined BOM in the industry, but also can realize more functions without increasing BOM cost.
