This paper mainly describes the design of a 300W TV broadcast channel (channels 0a to 48) tunable cavity output filter. It includes the design principles of the overall structure of the filter, coaxial transmission line, \"b-type reflector and mechanical frequency fine-tuning. Finally, the test circuit and test results of the filter are given. Introduction This filter is a supporting product for TV differential converters. It is connected between the Song-class power amplifier and the transmitting antenna of the TV differential converter to suppress the useless frequency components outside the passband, namely the harmonic components of the image, audio carrier and color subcarrier and the intermodulation components among them. From design to manufacturing, three sets of positive filter have achieved one-time success, and all indicators have met the design requirements. Below, a brief introduction to the design of the filter is given. I. Design 1 Absorption depth of each absorption point 1, according to the requirements 1) For any frequency in the ultra-high frequency band (UHF) 18N48, the absorption depth of the six absorption point frequencies of the output filter must meet the indicators in Table 1. 2) Passband width 2 AFJ d B : ≥ 8 3) Passband insertion loss: ≤ 0.5 dB 4) Passband reflection loss at fvN (fv +7 MHz): 1/1 > 2 dB ≤ fv -6.5 dB Absorption (depth) ≥ 0.5 dB
