The intelligent control system is a completely equal distributed bus network with a dual bus structure and a clear system hierarchy. It consists of a host module, an auxiliary module, an input device, and an output device. The host module is connected at the IP layer, the auxiliary module and the input device communicate through the BUS bus, and the output module communicates through the BUS bus. The \"JU-BUS\" communication layering mode is as follows: physical layer, data link layer, network layer, transport layer, and application layer. The physical layer uses a carrier monitoring mechanism simulated by software to effectively avoid data conflicts. When the JU-BUS bus sends a message, the system prohibits other bus devices from occupying the bus. If two bus devices send signals at the same time, the MAC address of the device is used to determine the priority of the transmission. All online devices monitor the bus status, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of conflicts. The data link layer can detect damaged frames and resend them after a period of time. The system has a clear hierarchy, and the routing algorithm of the network layer defines the communication path allowed between any two devices.
