This paper optimizes the design parameters of the single-fiber three-way device (Triplexer) chip structure using planar optical waveguide technology, and simulates the spectral response of the unit structure. The process tolerance of the structure is analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the use of dual-mode coupler and M-z interferometer structure can obtain a suitable Triplexer device with high process tolerance and excellent spectral response.
