The design and implementation of a brushless DC motor control system based on the high-performance TMS320F2812 DSP chip is introduced, mainly including the main components of the system hardware circuit, the motor control strategy and software structure. Experiments show that the system has a simple and compact structure, high control accuracy, and good static and dynamic performance. The brushless DC motor uses an electronic commutator to replace the mechanical brushes and mechanical commutators in the traditional DC motor. Therefore, it not only retains the advantages of high operating efficiency and good speed regulation performance of the DC motor, but also has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance of the AC motor. Because it is not limited by mechanical commutation, it is easy to achieve large capacity and high speed. At present, it has been widely used in aerospace, military industry, numerical control, metallurgy, medical equipment and other fields. TMSF2812 DSP is a fixed-point digital signal processor based on the TMS320C2xx core newly launched by TI. The device integrates a variety of advanced peripherals and has flexible and reliable control and communication modules. It can fully use a single chip to realize the control and communication functions of the motor control system, making the motor control system simple and modular, and providing a good platform for the implementation of applications in the field of motor and other motion control. This paper designs and implements a brushless DC motor control system based on TI\'s TMS320F2812 DSP chip. The entire system has a compact structure and complete functions.
