Interpolation processing of range motion correction is an important step in the range Doppler domain (RD) algorithm. Interpolation processing is also required for oblique ground transformation in image correction, which will introduce interpolation errors to the image. This paper analyzes the principles of range motion correction and oblique ground transformation, and derives a method to combine the two processes. This method completes range motion correction and oblique ground transformation through one interpolation process. Compared with the traditional implementation method, this method reduces the error introduced by interpolation processing in the image, improves the accuracy of image processing, and greatly reduces the amount of calculation. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by using airborne SAR raw data. The algorithm has great application value for real-time imaging processing of large amounts of data of high-resolution SAR.
