Production, trade, science and technology, and daily life are inseparable from dynamic weighing. With the rapid rise of sensor technology and microelectronics technology, the weighing method has developed from lever mechanical type to digital weighing type. Dynamic weighing has made great progress in system intelligence and digitization. The products developed in this area in my country have few functions and a single product type, so it is imperative to research and develop a new type of dynamic weighing system. This paper uses single-chip microcomputer technology to design a conveyor belt dynamic weighing system based on single-chip microcomputer, and uses Keil software for programming and processing to finally obtain simulation results. The key issues are the selection of analog-to-digital converters and sensors, as well as data collection and processing. The hardware modules and software systems are introduced in detail, and programming design and data processing algorithms are given, so that the products produced have strong competitiveness both domestically and internationally.
