With the development of network technology in recent years, remote communication based on browser/server mode has shown unique advantages. The remote monitoring system developed in this paper is a system based on this mode. The server uses the virtual instrument software development tool LabVIEW to design a steam turbine vibration monitoring system, and uses LabVIEW\'s remote panel technology to realize the client\'s remote monitoring of steam turbine vibration through the browser. Finally, the advantages of the steam turbine vibration remote monitoring system based on LabVIEW are explained. In order to expand the system, it is necessary to purchase instruments and equipment and expand the size of the technical staff, which greatly increases the cost of the enterprise and is unaffordable for general enterprises. ② It is subject to geographical restrictions. Only experts within the enterprise and sometimes only at the construction site can participate, which greatly reduces the work efficiency of the system and increases the probability that the turbine unit fails and is not discovered and prevented in time. The remote vibration monitoring system can realize the consultation of remote experts on the basis of the local vibration monitoring system by using advanced Internet technology, which better solves the problem of equipment system failure prediction and prevention. Therefore, it also has the advantages of good scalability and low cost. With the development of network technology in recent years, remote communication based on the browser/server (B/S) mode has shown unique advantages and is gradually being adopted because it realizes the separation of development environment and application environment, and the later maintenance or upgrade of the system only needs to maintain and upgrade the server-side program. This system uses the virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW and its remote panels (Remote Panels) technology to realize the remote monitoring of turbine vibration based on the B/S mode.
