The temperature and humidity controller of high-end hot and humid environment test chamber has the following characteristics: ①, the human-machine interface module mostly uses color LCD screen and touch screen; ②, the controller has large storage capacity and can store a large amount of temperature and humidity data; ⑧, the temperature and humidity data measurement accuracy is high; ④, the temperature and humidity control accuracy is high, with self-adjustment ability, and the internal parameters of the controller can be adjusted according to the changes in test conditions. ⑤, there are many auxiliary functions, such as RS232 serial communication, USB communication, Ethernet communication, etc., which are convenient for connection with PC. This type of temperature and humidity controller is less produced in China. Based on the review of domestic temperature and humidity control technology, this paper proposes a design method for high-performance temperature and humidity control based on ARM9 chip. This paper mainly studies the following aspects: studying the thermodynamic process in the test chamber and establishing a simplified mathematical model of the temperature and humidity control system; analyzing the control method of the temperature and humidity control box, selecting a reasonable temperature and humidity measurement scheme, and proposing a method to reduce errors; analyzing the functional requirements of the temperature and humidity controller, completing the hardware design and debugging of the temperature and humidity controller based on ARM; selecting the control algorithm of the temperature and humidity control system, and implementing it on the designed hardware platform; finally, the control effect is experimentally analyzed. The main contents of each chapter of this paper are summarized as follows: Chapter 1 reviews the progress of wet and hot environment test equipment technology and embedded system technology, and puts forward the research content, difficulties and innovations of the subject. Chapter 2 analyzes the control algorithm of temperature and humidity control of the wet and hot environment test chamber, analyzes the thermodynamic process of the controlled air, and derives a simplified mathematical model. Chapter 3 analyzes the temperature and humidity measurement system and its error elimination method, and proposes a high-precision temperature and humidity measurement solution based on AD7711. Chapter 4 analyzes the requirements of the temperature and humidity controller and completes the design of the temperature and humidity controller hardware platform. Chapter 5 studies the control algorithm of the temperature and humidity control system and implements the PID relay self-tuning algorithm on the hardware platform.
