In view of the fact that municipal management data contains a large amount of sensitive information, in order to solve the current security problems of mobile terminals accessing the municipal platform, a mobile communication middleware is designed using MD5 and DES algorithms to improve the existing network to realize the security mechanism of the platform. The MD5 algorithm is used to implement the identity authentication process, and the DES algorithm combines asymmetric encryption and digital signature technology to ensure the secure transmission of information. The middleware can be integrated in the client device and the Web server of the municipal management committee in the form of a dynamic library, so there is no need to make major changes to existing resources, and the security goal can be achieved at a relatively low cost, greatly reducing the difficulty of deployment. Abstract: As the database of municipal administration contains large amounts of sensitive information, we designed this mobile middleware to optimized the exsiting platform and protected the sensitive data be attacted.
