Integrated vehicle health management (IVHM) technology is an important way to improve the safety, reliability and maintainability of aircraft and spacecraft and effectively reduce costs. In view of the high interoperability and complex data exchange characteristics of IVHM systems, it is proposed to use the Automatic Test Markup Language (ATML) to formalize and standardize the description of aviation airborne equipment, which is conducive to achieving high integration and scalability of the system. Combined with the example of aviation power supply fault diagnosis and prediction system, the application of ATML in the integrated vehicle health management system is discussed.
