This paper analyzes the characteristics of PC and PLC, and proposes that the PC implements complex algorithms, and the obtained control quantity is transmitted to the PLC, and the required control function is completed through the PLC. In this way, advanced control strategies and algorithms can be easily added, and control can be achieved reliably and stably. This paper takes the application of BP neural network PID in temperature control as an example, and realizes the temperature control of neural network PID through a single-chip data acquisition board interfaced with Matlab and combined with AB\'s SLC5.
