In order to accurately and efficiently measure the performance indicators of the micromechanical accelerometer and reduce the ground interference as much as possible, the system uses a DAQ-2213 data acquisition card to collect the output voltage of the accelerometer, and uses multiple independent power supplies and differential mode connections to reduce ground interference; the temperature sensitive element uses PtlO0, the resistance to voltage conversion circuit uses a three-wire connection method, and the PCI-(A)9114 data acquisition card is selected to collect the voltage value output by the conversion circuit; the Labv Jew7.0 interface function is used to display the output voltage and temperature value of the accelerometer in real time, and output a Word document with a chart. After calibration, the system has an output voltage accuracy of 40 V and a temperature accuracy of 0.277℃. Experiments show that the system can measure the output voltage and temperature value of the micromechanical accelerometer in real time, and the use of independent power supplies and differential mode input can effectively reduce the interference between various signals.
