In order to achieve the five-class classification of white blood cells and improve the ability to identify abnormal cells, laser can be used to illuminate the white blood cell particles passing through the Coulter micropore, and the photoelectric detector receives the forward and backward scattering signals of the cell particles to the laser, so as to measure the internal structure of the cell [1]. The photoelectric detection circuit designed in this paper can convert the light signal scattered by the cell particles into an electrical signal, amplify the electrical signal, and connect it with the subsequent detection and calculation system. The experimental results show that the circuit has the characteristics of large output signal-to-noise ratio and high detection accuracy, and has achieved good results in practical applications.
